Founder and principal J. Alison Grabell received a law degree from Southwestern Law School, where she was editor-in-chief of the international law journal. She earned a Masters in International Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College.
Alison served in the United States diplomatic service abroad and in Washington. D.C. before attending law school in Los Angeles, California.
